3. We will find out the best person to contact and each contact will be sent 'impossible to ignore' marketing tools in the post!
4. We will complete a series of follow up contacts with the clients / organisation etc to find out if they would like to go ahead with your services at this time. When a decision has been made we will hand over to you to make the arrangements.
