Payments

There is no fee for the set up of this service and the first 2 months service is included as part of your initial franchise fee. If you decide not to continue with any services after the first 2 months, there is NO fee.

However if you wish to continue you can opt to do this via the shop.

Set Up

The 'done for you' social media and newsletter service is for a minimum of 6 months. This service will be set up for you by the 1st of the following month after your order is received (unless this is less than one week from the 1st of the month in which case we reserve the right to set up the service by the following 1st of the month).

Payments for subsequent months for the 'newsletters and social media posts' services are payable one month in advance. This allows us time to set up the following months' service for you. Monthly payments are payable in advance by standing order on the 1st of the month to Done For You Marketing Limited. We reserve the right to increase the monthly fee and will provide 2 months notice should this be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel the newsletters and social media service after the initial 6 month period, you can do so at any point by giving one months notice. Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, e mail or in person. The 'Done For You' service will stop running on the last day of the month which you have already paid in advance for. If you chose not to cancel the service, you will continue to receive the weekly newsletter services and the monthly social media posts service.

Please note, if you choose to cancel, your membership will be cancelled and all services will halt and you will no longer have access to the services. You can opt to start the services again by giving Done For You Marketing service at least one week's notice. Your service will resume at the start of the following month and is chargeable.

Please note we offer no guarantees of the results of these methods. No refunds will be offered for any services.

When you join as a franchisee at Cook Stars the following will be set up for you: Set up a lead magnet for you. Connect the lead magnet to a sign up form which automates people to a mailing list. Paid marketing campaign to gain new leads. Leads in the mailing list will then be sent a sequence of 6 emails. 30 social media posts/images provided over 2 months. We will contact 5 schools and 2 organisations along with follow up contact to introduce them to you and the services you can offer. Leads/customers will be sent a weekly newsletter through the mailing list.

You can opt for any of the following optional service if you wish.
Monthly Newsletters and Social Media Posts: A personalised newsletter will be sent each week to people on your mailing list. We will also add new customers from the booking system and add them to your newsletter mailing list each week. 15 social media post per month will be provided to you.

Facebook Adverts: On request we can run Facebook adverts on your behalf and these can be linked to your mailing list so you can add marketing budget to generate a flow of leads.

Schools and Organisations - we can contact schools and organisations in your area as requested. Full details and pricing of optional services can be found by Cook Stars franchisees on the Done For You Marketing private web shop.
